| Balanced Awareness
To the Buddhists, human consciousness is the overlapping of two dimensions: the transcendent and the manifest. When we connect to the flow of our emergent self, we open awareness of the transcendent, and at the same time, revision our experience of the manifest. The ancient shape of the ‘vessel of the fish’ (‘vesica piscis’) shown here on the lid of the Chalice Well in Glastonbury, England, symbolizes the balanced alignment we know when the worlds are ‘joined’ in our experience. This understanding is what finding the grail is all about.
" ... like having ten years of therapy in one day!"
" ... brilliantly wove the connections between ancient wisdom, intellectual understanding and the way I actually live."

| Feminine Leadership
The grail is the cup that fills with the presence of our own flow and power. It symbolizes the heart-based feminine leadership that draws on intuition and emotional intelligence. The feminine approach also holds and values the dynamics of the group: it knows that each part is important, and that the circle of the group can become a container in which the powerful field of collective intelligence forms.
"...I think all of us felt a safety that allowed for some very deep sharing. Her thorough knowledge of this topic, and all that it encompasses, made for a rich and meaningful gathering..."
" ... helps participants find their own Camelot and Grail."

| Right Use of Power
A-lign-ment - literally, a straight line: beautifully symbolized by a sword. When weare aligned with our inner presence, we use our power effectively and cleanly. Including the sharp blade of our discerning intellect. Abuse of power is - paradoxically - always a sign that we have lost this sense of personal power, and are trying to find ways to compensate.
"I am still thinking through the questions about identity and myth that Diana Durham's presentation raised, for me and others, when I heard her speak two years ago."

| Collective Leadership
The symbol of the Round Table evokes the condition in which we collectively author new direction. The knights sat around the table as peers with King Arthur. Each person brings their specific differentiation of the intelligence of the whole through their rank, roles and skillset. At the same time, both leader and team have equal access to the center of the table and are blended into a field of collective intelligence. The group is freed up to function as a self-organizing whole, in which solutions and direction are harvested out of the group presence, through its interactions and interrelationships.
"The ideas in Diana's book are very powerful, and her work has been very well received. Diana effectively conveys material that is fundamental in our culture and our individual lives. When she presents the material, people become very engaged at a deep level. Her presentation is well worth attending."
- Dr. Steven P. Ober, Executive Consultant
"I really appreciated Diana's remarks and presence at our Leadership for Collective Intelligence session, and find myself intrigued by the King Arthur story."
